I'm having trouble running my roms. I formatted my microSD card, put the firmware on it, loaded it with some roms into a the NDS file just like this guide has said. After choosing a game out of my list, I tap it with my stylus, wait, and then... nothing. It doesn't load. It just stays on this screen until the light on my DS goes off. I tried reloading the firmware, but I still have the same results. I would much appreciate some help. I just started with this whole M3 business today and am really looking foreward to it. :] Could it be that all of the ROMs that I got are bad?
Hi ! maybe you can help me: I bought the chinese version of M3DS Real. Is there any possibility to run this with European software? I already have a european version and both cards look the same. I copied the system files, but no effort: error: wrong language.
Try formatting the microSD card and putting the firmware and games back on, if you have alot of games (over 250ish) split them into two folders named NDS1 and NDS2 (you can switch folders by pressing the Start button at the game selection screen) There are hacked firmwares available so you can use the English firmware on a Chinese cart, I don't have a link available at this time but i'm sure if you google you should find it.
Do you think it's the firmware? Or maybe the ROMs that I'm using? It seems as though the M3 card works fine because it loads right. And I don't think it's the Micro SD chip because I'm able to put different backgrounds on the M3.
Not sure, I have only had this problem two times, one was having too many games in a single folder (hence the NDS1, NDS2 suggestion), the other time just randomly happened and was fixed by formatting the microSD and putting the files back on it.
So basically I'm screwed? << I reformatted the microSD card two or three times total so far. I've also tried having just one game on it so I wouldn't run into the "too many games" problem.
You can try the Sakura firmware, or even just try downloading the M3 firmware again. Unfortunately unless I can recreate the problem on my M3 it's quite hard to find a fix for it. Last thing I can think of is trying another MicroSD if you have one available.
Hm. I don't have another Micro SD card, but I've read through the thread and noticed that not as many people have trouble with the Kingston cards (which is what I have, 2 GB). I think I'll try the Sakura firmware and hope for the best.
Hi Guys, I am having this exact problem. Everything seems to work fine until I try to launch a rom and then nothing happens. Any other ideas for how to fix this? Is it possible that my two roms are just bad?
What is the difference between the "M3 DS Real Rumble Bundle Pak" and the "M3 DS Real Rumble RAM Bundle Pak?"
