m3 in gba mode

Sometimes, while in gba mode, I can see these lines going down the screen... Is that normal? Is there a way to fix it?

 

i believe this is because the gba is interpolated.

 

Pardon my noobishness but, what does that mean?

 

every other line is renewed on the screen when moving on to a new scene in animation. it happens very fast, so the most humans would notice is a single line going up or down on the screen.
