m3 real system 3.2 problems

anyone end up with a messed up sdhc card after using it i have a 4 gig san disk card and after 3.2 my computer wont read it anymore it works on my ds but then i deleted the system folder with ds organize and now i have a sdhc card that wnt read on my computer and i tried other card readers it doesnt work i tried a different sdhc card and it opens fine
i think there a messed up file on it because it freezez my comp until i unplug it it opens on my comp i can see it but it just freezes and doesnt show up in my comp and
