I made a vcd. i used tmpgenc. it came out ok but sometimes the video speeds up faster than the sound(almost like a quick fast forward) resulting in the sound and video being out of sinc sometimes.i tried the source range thingy by bringing the sound to -1 instead of 1 but to no luck. is there a way to prevent this. i used ntscfilm as the template. any hintys or help would be greatly appreciated. thanx in advance

The problem is TMPGEnc does not packetize the MPG file correctly. If you use M1-Edit or M2-Edit to re-packetize it before you burn the mpg file, then your DVD player will not have the fast forward/out-sync prob you describe. Happens baddly on Apex DVD players.
