Why this problem is driving me NUTS NUTS I TELL YOU. Ok here is my situation in installed MPT and it was working fine. It say my V3 razr well at least i think i have a V3 its the black one. Ok well after transfering some pictures the program froze. Now nothing works it like the phone is not even there. Ok well in MPT i go to Menu->Setup->General Setup->Communication tab then i click on Change modem and then when it trys to detect it the program says it not accesable or is inuse by another program? So what i did was uninstall the phone and tryed to reinstall in by when it tryed i get an error and windows says that in cant install the modem? Some one PLEASE HELP ME!!!!
What windows/service pack you are using? Also dump everything related to Vid_22b8 from HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\USB using regedit.
