Something is wrong with the scrolling on my MP3 player. When I try to turn up the volume it goes all the way off and cannot be turned back up. It also acts strange when scrolling anything. I was told that this happens to a lot of people and that to fix it you have to format it. I did that, but it didn't work. Am I doing something wrong? How do I fix this? I can't afford a new one right now and I need it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
