i got a dvd and all i wanna do is take the movie and turn it into mpg so i can make it into a torrent and upload it i use dvd shrink and just get the movie out and it turns it into 4 vobs and now im stumped i dont know what to do now how do i join the vobs or what do i do next to make it into 1 or 2 mpeg files?
hi, do you just want to get mpeg's out of your dvd? i would suggest you use a dvd ripper, not dvd shrink. dvd shrink is designed to make complete 1:1 dvd backups. there are tons of dvd rippers out there and will rip the dvd movie to mpeg1 or mpeg2. then, if you want to make a torrent, just download the freeware program "MakeTorrent 2.0". let me know if you have anymore questions.
