Can anyone out there give me a list of routers that can plug into a phone line and give a wireless signal for my laptop. Laptop has a 802.11g wireless lan. Don't know if i need a specific kind of router or if there is some other device i can get. Any help would be great.
it doesnt work like that im afraid. if youve got a normal pc with a modem in it you can use that to access the dial up connection then using a wireless network card in your PC you could share the dial up connection to the laptop.
