Making two mpeg file into one

    Can anyone tell me how to turn two split mpeg into one or does anyone knows a program that does the work I did lot of research my EYE hurts lol any help will be appreciated!

    I usually use TMPGenc's File ----> MPEG Tools. To join files, use SIMPLE MULTIPLEX and to split one, use SIMPLE DE-MULTIPLEX. As "Type" is better if you choose MPEG-1 Video-CD, it has larger compatibility.
    If the movie is a MPEG-2, you need a registered version of TMPGenc.

    I still can't find one video spliitter-merger that knows what frame it is about to split from!! all show wrong FPS please advice me one perfect solution.
