I took all 8 from a plastic box near the checkout counter. By the part numbers 3 were Ritek & 5 were Prodisc manufactured.

When it comes to CD-R media . . ProDisc, Ritek and TY are the best!

Even the ProDisc-made FujiFilm DVD+R discs that I was given several month ago were giving me scores in the mid 90's when I burned them with a BenQ and a Plextor drive . . . They appear to have improved their quality

Then maybe the Maxell (Prodisc) 100 pack DVD-R's will be OK in a year after burning it? Ritek F-1 seems to be stable. I've had no problems with it.
