I have tried to back up a dvd on a new pc and it works fine until the last step which is actually creating the new disc with decrypter. It won't recognise the blanc dvd in the drive ("Device Not Ready (Medium Not Present)). Am I forgetting a setting or is there another issue I'm missing? Thanks to anyone who can straighten me out.

if there is no medium, try going with either large or extra large. that's usually a little roomier. lol jk

seriously though, alot of members here dont burn with dvd decryptor. i burn with clonedvd2 which can be tried for 21 days at www.slysoft.com or alot of people use imgburn which is free. also nero as well.

as far as not recognizing the disc, what kind of media are you using? it could be your drive is in need of a firmware update.
