If you get something like this: The drive reported an error: Sense Key= ILLEGAL REQUEST, Sense Code= 0x30, 0x05 CANNOT WRITE MEDIUM-INCOMPATIBLE FORMAT. "Medium" is the disc. The error is most likely that your blank media is not compatible with your burner. Change media brands and/or burn speeds and you should be ok. Ritek & Taiyo Yuden work the best for me. Can we STICKY this? There are tons of posts with the same question lately. OOPS. I spelled medium in the title of the post! I can't change it!!!
