I am getting the following error when trying to import a blueray ripped file into megui using the avs script creator.

"Unable to render the file. You probably don't have the correct filters installed."

The file is an m2ts i ripped from blueray using tsmuxer.
The video is in h264 and the audio is ac3.

**edit - after solving my h264 tools pointer and the fact and installing haali meia splitter i can get as far as enqueing the job.

Now my problem is that i am gettin the following error in the log when i start the job:

An error occured: x264 [error]: ratecontrol_init: can't open stats file
An error occured: h264 [error]: x264_encoder_open failed

    can anyone help me out?

In the "Config" screen (button on main window) you need to set the directory of where the .stats file will go, set this once (per profile) and you'll be all set.

If you use a different profile, you'll most likely have to change the .stats directory again.

Thanks Odin, that did it. I copy pasted the Ryu profiles into the 264 profile directory and never checked it was using a valid path for the log file. Much appreciated.

    Its always the simple things.
