andmerr. I was referring to the original poster of that comment! "Gender phobic". that's a cracker! Rather like fiscally challenged! I love this new age we live in!
Well it sure did look like he was threatinging mote QUOTE watch your attitude to drd or you might hear the approaching thunder!! UNQUOTE (i like to say it like that lol ^_^ ) Is it just me or is that a threat lol .. No Offense
it is not a threat as it means a moderator might want to have a talk to you. do a search for the saying "do you hear the approaching thunder??" & see what you think. i'm not a moderator so i have no more powers than a member or higher. if you search my history here, you'll see i don't flame people & there is no need to as we are here to teach & learn on our free time.
Hi there Gurnard! Yep I have been following you around! I like sailors! "With a hey ho, cap'n!" LMAO!! My manager is ex-merchant navy, he told me that a lot of sailors were "hairy arsed", is that true? Or is it just folklore?
@ Lethal_B I've seen the work of haha_lol first hand and encountered Uhhhh while reading previous posts and there is an uncanny similarity. Either way both are really annoying characters. @3dluis Ever heard the term QUOTE Silence is the better part of Valour UNQUOTE(since you'll understand when I put it like this, even though I personally think it's odd to say the least). Look, if so many people are making the same point and might I add repeatedly, wouldn't you think that it's time to take an introspective look at yourself and see if it's something that you are perpetuating which incenses others and evoke the responses that you get. You said that if you wanted to offend DRD, you would have called him gay, but since you didn't want to offend him I guess the analogy was only to illustrate your point. I don't think that you really intended to offend him, but you did as well as those of us who see him as a figure of authority, who has given us this great site that we all love. Here's an analogy which I'm sure you'll understand. I don't know your(someone special to you) and I don't want to insult (her/him) but if (her/him) is responsible for your behavior then.......and I could fill here with some horrible words to illustrate my point but I won't. It's really a matter of how we use the english language but if I had actually said what is implied look how much more inflammatory it would have been(see the similarity to mentioning DRD and the insinuated derogatory association) and even though I didn't elaborate the innuendo alone is enough to incense even the best of us. [bold]BUT[/bold] that is not my intention. I don't want it to seem that we are giving you a hard time but please put an end to this by just saying when next you post, hey folks you know what, there's an obvious misunderstanding and I no longer wish to prolong it. Whether you see the need to apologise or not I'll leave up to you. Bear in mind that all you have at your disposal in order to communicate is text and only you and you alone can see your true emotions so it's not like we'll see disappointment or embarrasment 'written' on your face. So how hard can it be to make ammends. I am imploring you to end this soon, but as they say, the ball is in your court.
Quote; "Ok , ok, ok, I apoligies for the "insults" i've done, i think this has gone way off topic now.." Well said that man (or woman or unspecified gender... LOL!!) I think it is time to move on, and it has gone way off topic. Not that going off topic is a bad thing, we have lots of laughs here, especially with the "off topic" thang!!
Ok!!, it's time for celebratin'. Andmerr you're incharge of the music, Pulsar break out 'dem ole' champagne glasses and I'll bring the 'booze'. All together now....for he's a jolly good fellow, for he's a jolly good fellow..... Wow stop!!...Pulsar is that 'brake' dancing you doing, lol. 3dluis you now have my respect. Hope you got a sense of humor coz we're still gonna poke fun at you about other stuff from time to time. You've done a good thing :~). Great job folks. Cheers.

My brother lives in New Zealand, apparently a couple of small islands off the coast of Australia. As there are only 5 or 6 people living in Australia & 2 or 3 in New Zealand (compared to the UK that is! LOL!) do you know him? LMAO!!
