You in the uk then ?. If so, www.svp.co.uk are excellent, the shipping is £4.49 for up to 10kg so if you're buying bulk its much better. That's why I wait til. Need loads of discs then the shipping amount is fine

Sorry just noticed you're not in the uk if you're mentioning best buy. I'm outside on pontoon posting via handheld and its a pig for scrolling thru long threads :)

My internet connection is playing up so I can't order my discs yet (and won't moan about internet not working as I get broadband free thru my job)

I'm in the USA and order most of mine from Meritline.com. If you catch the right sale you can sometimes get free shipping. I just got 50 Ritek 8x at $19.99 if I remember right. Their TY's are somewhat higher but do go on sale at time also. I'm on the east coast and they are on the west coast. I get them in 5 days or less.

i just burned 4 dvds on memorex and they are all good. I use the dvd decrypter, shrink, then nero way. Have not had any problems with memorex yet. But, i just picked up a 25 pack of verbatim digital movie +r 4x for 10 bucks at Best buy.

@swishers, glad you got some verbatim as well as the memorex for when the memorex let you down. I used/watched about 500 crap quality (fake as well but I digress) discs before I suffered disc problems then I wised up and switched to the good stuff (verbatim in my case). At least you know where to come when you have problems :)

The thing with Media is that Today it might Burn Properly and it might play Properly in your DVD player but in a Few Months you might put the Disk in your DVD Player and it might not work....
It seems that with Some Crappy media it will degrade over Time as I have some Movies I burned Back a year or Two ago and back then they played Fine but now they Don"t....
I guess some Organic Dyes just Degrade Very Quickly were others will Last Many Years......

    Cheers
