Menus and Ulead DVD Workshop

    Hey --
    I am an impatient newbie both here at AfterDawn & to the world of DVD authoring & I have a couple of questions about the menus (be gentle :) )

    1) I an using Ulead DVD workshop and I was really glad to see that I could set up multiple audio streams. Is there a way to chose the audio streams from the menu or can it only be done from the remote.

    2) Can I set up a seperate "extras" menu? If so, how?
