Message on tv can you tell me why?

Hi everybody,
can anyone tell me why I keep getting message on TV "Renewing chanels list" or words to that effect, thanks in advance.

 

Yes go into service
service scan
And turn background scan off
Its scanning for new channels alll the while
But with this enabled it also drops channels as well............paul

To a folder named D box
Take the contents of the folder named Magic
These are the keys
Also commando 8 " x
