Metropolitian Police Virus??

    Hi, Has anyone heard of/had any experience with the Metropolitian Police Virus? it runs on start up puts itself to the front stopping you doing anything, I have read a few other forums saying it modifies reg keys and has a few files which need to be deleted but none of these exist on the PC in question, have tried running AVG, MBAM, Spybot S&D and they all found no issues?

    If anyone knows of this virus or how to remove it i'd be most grateful.

    do a system restore thru administrator safemode to before problem started.

    System restore got rid of it,

    Hi ddp i've got the same problem as DxxS, i tried system restore in safe mode but there was no restore dates to restore to they were all missing, any idea's ??.
