Its amazing how people convict a person for something when they havent met the person or have been there, or been in his shoes, I have seen first hand witness, lawyers, and cops lie on the stand, people are just after his money and trying to make names for them selfs, the jury found him innocent so he shall be

If it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck........

I dont think the fact that the accusers were discredited, makes him innocent. JMO

    ask Nephilim.
I really liked the first one you had, but some people have slow connections, and that stuff can take forever to load.

Well, I don't think he's a relatively "evil man" although I find that some of the things he does somewhat barbaric.. especially his face and all.. and the "relationships" he has with children quite enigmatic but nevertheless I think some of his music was alright.

I wasn't quite sure whether he would be deemed guily or innocent I guess I just didn't know what to believe, but I do believe that he is innocent now, due to the conclusive evidence.

i haven't yet read most of the previous replies. I personally think he simply left himself open to this. I don't think he did anything, but more importantly if someone was out to get him, they'd have found him guilty. There are some evil b*stards out there & for what it's worth i don't think he's one of them. What he is, is a target for ppl to attack him as he's considered an easy target.

What made me angry when i heard the verdict on the radio was the a couple of the juror's were like "oh yeah he's guilty". Next thing Jacko will be attacked in the street but the person who does it will just get a slap on the wrist. People like that make me sick as do racists, gender-phobics etc etc. I for instance grew up being beaten up at school every single day as i'm of mixed race. It used to be a rugby scrum most days with the amount of kids jumping on me while being kicked to s*it. Then one day i got up after a beating and challenged the 'knock' of the school. He admired my courage and stepped back and we then then mates. Jot one beating again at that school, well apart from me smacking down the odd kid who still thought i was weak. Same problem in the area i lived, constant bullying due to skin colour, 'til i stood up for myself and my younger siblings. Funny how ppl act until someone stands up to them.

<Rant over> from someone who saw skinheads rioting in the streets as a young mixed race lad.

I'm not biased because of my experiences, i just hate to see ppl persecuted without real evidence. If they find/found 10000% evidence then fine, put him away. If not, go and sort out the ppl who are really doing these things, oh and bring back the death penalty, but only if 10000% proof of guilt.

Who in their right mind would allow their child to stay - let alone sleep in the same bed - with a 35-40yr old man?

They need their heads looking at.

    Big time.

The statement made by one of the jurors expresses my feelings pretty well. He said that he felt they proved that Michael Jackson was a pedophile, but did not prove that he performed this particular act of pedophilia. Since they were trying him for that and not his past actions he was found not guilty. I hope the people that he paid off in the past are happy since they have allowed this to continue. Paying off witnesses is illegal in many states. I read in the paper that Russel Crowe could not pay the guy that he hit with the phone to not testify against him because it would be a felony. It must have been different with MJ, I guess. Maybe paying off the parents of child wittnesses is OK.

the guy is a freak, and always will be.what a sex case
just like the oj simpson case, the verdict was never in doubt, and was always going to be freed
that bastard was always going to get off, like HE was getting off with those kids
the irony of all this, was the wacko was about skint,.....
and now look what will happen,he will make a bloody fortune out of this, you mark my words

btw,the whole system sucks anyways,i mean,if he was NOT GUILTY,shouldnt he be pressing charges against the claiments???
and shouldnt they be jailed for supposedly wrongly claiming what he did,
    [bold]because someone is definetly lying[/bold]

they are both just as bad, what sort of parent lets there sprogs sleep around his pad?

    [bold]michael jackson is a phaedophile.....he just doesnt know it[/bold]

Well that's pretty easy to answer.

    1. The claimants don't have anything.
They are welfare cases. No sense in suing anyone if there is nothing to be had.
    2. The boy is still a minor so you would be prosecuting the Mother. She should be held accountable but filing a false police report is a misdemeanor ~ there might be some small jail time BUT then, what to do with the children ? They would be put into foster homes, paid for by tax dollars. The taxpayers would go ballistic about that time, after having spent all the money that they did in prosecuting the case to begin with. A 60-day + trial isn't cheap by any means. All weekends and all evenings were overtime - PLUS witnesses ~ PLUS all the preparation for the trial ~ Man is that a pile of $$$$. It just is not cost effective.

Mom is in trouble anyway ~ a lot of stuff came out about her, the scamming of the welfare system, they aren't going to let that be ~ She'll get a letter saying that she didn't declare all the stuff she got from Jackson i.e. all the time her kids spent there, she was still receiving support BUT Michael was doing the supporting, the feeding the roof over his head, etc. All the time the boy was in Neverland, she was still collecting money. Want to bet that she didn't say, "Hey Welfare pple, my son isn't under my roof and I'm not feeding him. I'll let you know when he comes home.". RIGHT ~ So now they find out, she was ineligible for the help she received. In the mail she'll get a letter that says, "Please send the $$$$ back Mama". Trust me, she'll be awhile trying to get out of the hole she's in.
