Haha, this is so frustrating I am laughing.. It's amusing, it really is.

Now, I've downloaded Jedi Academy CD1 made from these Razor guys. Okay, downloading was fine but these guys do not use the normal way of packing an image.

    -------
Normal way: You download the RAR/TAR etc. You see a million .001 .00x files, so you extract them to a folder. Now those extracted individual files are .rar themselves and can be extracted further to a cue/bin. That's the normal way.. but no.. these guys want it different.

    -----------
I downloaded the game. I extracted the .00x files into a directory. Now I end up with all the files, but they are not zipped, they're fully unpacked; so I can't unzip them further into cue/bins. Along with them, I have a .nfo, .srv and a 0kb file which the ripper put in.

Haha, and viewing the .nfo file with notepad just tells you to install and play. Haha, I laughed so much when reading that.

These guys have made an error.. unless there is a way to actually getting the game?

Okay dudes I found the option. Thanks for their initiative though. Only someone in that position can help, in this case; me.

    Okay now the procedure:

-See all the .001 .002 etc. files? (.00x) see the sfv/nfo and that other file? Well highlight them ALL.. everything

-Next right-click and press Open With WinRAR

    -You'll see your CUE/BINs

    -Extract to a directory

    -Burn

    -Play

-Be happy. The lesson learned here is to fight your own way out, don't depend on others.

Your damn reading comprehension is that of a 2 year old nOOb! Read Preators reply post VERY caefully before you reply again!

    Shoey :)

izolate. Please read posts prior to commenting.... failing to do so would just be plain foolish and outright silly.

Normal way my arse nOOb! Clcick edit>select all>right click in folder and extract here! Works for me all the time without having to unzip or unRaR each file individually.

Since you seem to know it all tell me if there's a "crack folder" with a "no cd patch" included? How you would mofify the SecuROM 4.8.x image to make it original without having to rely on lame no cd . I know how...

Praetor was saying that the .00x files were .rar themselves, which is un true. That's what I straightened out.

Look at you! Spend all your time on the internet, how pathetic kid. You should get out instead of bottling all your anger and releasing behind the safety of your beloved computer. It's all easy online. You're not worthy of being a moderator. How did you become one? Wait, don't tell me, I don't want to know. Praetor is more worthy.

n00b! You only extract the first one. (.001)

But it's okay, I've realized something about you and why you behave the way you do - why you lash out. haha, you're british.

Hmmm.... as my first act as moderator... consider yourself formally warned. This forum is about inter-cooperation and the sharing of knowledge for the better good for all.

    Some clarifications/addendums:
    1. Those 001, 002, ... files can be extracted with WinRAR. In fact you can select any one of those files and extract the entire archive. WinRAR automatically seeks out the order of the components. Purely from a technical perspective, you are correct however my technique is both simpler and more efficient (efficiency coefficient measured in actions/click)
    2. Racism is not tolerated. Period. At least not with me it isnt.

    *Praetor keeps reading the posts*

    hmmm... piracy.

    Hmmm.... racism.

    Well.. yes... yes I am.

    *Praetor stops reading*
*Praetor looks around...still lost with all the Moderator buttons...*
    Aha! There it is!

Well now you've managed to contradict yourself nOOb! Remember that you downloaded Jedi which contained several WinRaR files! You didn't straighten out anything, merely caused more confusion

"Now who do, who do you think you're foolin', your mama loves you. She gets down on her knees and hugs ya..." ROFLMAO at this nOOB!
