Mimesis V3 error please help

ok i got file Mimesis V3 from http://hosted.filefront.com/nagger1284
i ftp it to xbox in app correct so far
now i reboot i run the app
it starts to load then a error pops up saying

unable to find game list
Mimesis V3 can not continu

somethoing like that
so were can i get the game list
i downloaded Mimesis V3 from the link at the top and a diffent web site both came with the same files i just cant find or fix the missing file

so do i have to make it or something

please help
