missing CD?

    Hi,
    a friend just bought a Euro-Vox MaxV on ebay and there was no CD in the box with it. I presume he needs an applications CD to upgrade the firmware.It also has an RS232 cable for connecting it to the PC....is this correct? The corner of the box looked like it may have been tampered with. Can he download the software from anywhere? Where can he get the current firmware from. How can he
    proceed?
