Missing Channels 06/09/07 Solution.

I thought it was an educational channel

 

more like a wildlife channel

 

Yes its an Educational and Wildlife Programme

 

plugged it in today and no channels,tried to re scan and it found nothing.?it their any setting that needs to be changed for mmds,have looked with search key but cant find anything in forums,any help would be great

 

For MMDS try scanning any of the following frequencies with Network Scan set to "Enable"
258.000 MHz
274.000 MHz
290.000 MHz
306.000 MHz
322.000 MHz
338.000 MHz
354.000 MHz
370.000 MHz
386.000 MHz
As you can see there is 16 MHz seperation between transponders

mione is scouser i noticed a few saying no signal, if i have the box i thought there was automatic updates ???

 

Probably a localised fault, it is fine on Eurovox, Starview, Dbox & subbed box. I dont think we will panic that much though over this channel will we

lads just on wat ur talkn bout,im dub n*l&plus 1 caannels seemd 2 b on 387500frequ wit starv**w,now on 394250frequ but only got abc1 back ,any ideas

im not sure about the starviews but there definitly the channels that have been moved.

I assume you just need to rescan it to pick them channels back up on their new freqs

 

Your box will auto update code changes not frequency changes. You need to do a manual scan on 394.000 and 402.000 to get all these channels back.

 

SORRY SCOUSER BUT HOW DO I DO A MANUAL SCAN I NEVER done this before ???
