Missing Channels

if your using a splitter try it without it

 

Ive been using the box for over a year and it only happend when i updated codes??

 

have you updated your box with autoroll firmware?

 

Karl i tried to update it but it kept failing so i gave up lol

 

without mentioning the c word make sure you have the correct ones are you n@l or ch@rus?

 

nthell and i doubled checked

 

Mick did you tell us is it the main tv or is it in the bedroom or what?? if it is will you try it in the main room, get back!!

Ive 2 boxes but its split on the main feed with a 2 way f connector

 

Take off the splitter and put the box on the main feed, and see if it helps!

 

Lads thanks for your help, but i think its time to give up, put the box directly in and still no joy

 

Fair enough Mick.just one more thing, could you try the box in another Gaff, as it might be a signal issue in yours, get back if your still having trouble....

 

Des, thanks ill do that but its now fine on my eurovox in the other room, my head is melted and im sure yours is too after all this, i know a bit about signal and stuff but not enough by the looks of things
