Missing Plugin

    I get this message every so often and go to install the plugin and it takes me to Media Player 10. Well the problem is I have downloaded this once already and have XP Mediacenter. I use Firefox as a browser btw. Is there anyway to see a list of all the plugins I have currently? Thanks in advance for help.

    Just realised this question was asked not to long ago but has no reply. So I will keep it up untill either are answered if that is o.k. If not let me know and I will take it down.
