.MKV files ? what should i do?

Hello guys i have download some HD movie with the files extension .mkv it plays in Vlc player now i want how do i burn it now ? what dvd burning software should i use to burn it onto a dvd i want to make video dvd of it and can u suggest me some good converter in case i need to converet it to Xvid format and what player i should use to view .mkv files ?

YOu can use ConvertXtodvd to convert those files.

 

Hummmm thanks but what software should i use if i need to convert it to Xvid ? and its Ac3 sound quality and hd rip if i convert it to xvid will i loose sound and video quality ? coz i dont what to loose it i just want to convert it excatly as its now

 

ConvertX will convert exactly as it is.

 

ConvertX2DVD was slow but worth it. I found The Kingdom in mkv format. Changed it to AVI extension, converted it and it has great picture quality. Thx for the tip!

 

I'm very curious to know how you changed you mvk file to a Avi without QT loss?
