    could anyone explain this term(mmds)as i bought a box which only can recieve this.im in cork with ch---s

    MMds is for people who have not got true cable, like yourself who have a little square ariel and you get your feed from an antenna

    When you say you are with Chor*s in cork, do you know if you are getting true cable or mmds? Have chor*s told you what the service is?

    Which box did you buy? If you are not mmds you might have to swap it for a different box.

    If you are mmds it means that the antenna is supplied by chor*s and the signal still comes into your house via a cable, you don't have to buy an antenna yourself.

    Has the box been flashed with the latest firmware?

    wouldnt think so!! What were you thinking of...a dustbin lid LOL
    there are micro chips or whatever in them that take down the signal!
