mobile phone tool issue help please

but i bought the one for v400 and i use a v400 -_- what the hell

 

i think said why dont u use the P2Kman or P2Ktools and u want have all these problems, just try using this program and c.......

 

P2K man doesnt work nothing shows up so i press updatelist and i get "phone not connected" and it is connected

so what u mean that P2Kman says that u r connected but when u press updatelist it wont work. Right??

 

no like i open the program and its just there doesnt do anything so i think maybe i have to update list i press it and it says "phone not connected" but the program does open if thats what your asking

 

when u open the P2Kman, at left buttom it should say Connected and if not thats mean u havent install the drivers right....
