    hey guys,
having the software is not enough to have your computer recognize the razr. YOU NEED THE DRIVER. send me an instant message (read above) and I can forward you the driver.

I use mobiledit too, it is far better than other tools I saw, universal, easy, loaded with finctions, developing further.

Hey there, I have a v635, and I downloaded and installed MPT 3.23. It worked great the first time, then I went to bed and when I tried to do it again, it will no longer let me transfer files. It says it connects, but wont let me look at my files in my phone, then disconnects me. It was the same usb port, etc. Please help! :)

    Hello All,

MPT (latest updated) communicating w/ my Motorola V330 sucessfully, but when I run the Multimedia option and switching to Mobile Explorer, it couldn't link w/ the phone and give me "Processing Failed" error. Please help if anyone know how to solve this. Thanks a bunch!

Can someone give me step by step instruction on how to transfer mp3 files to my razr v3. I have mobile phone tools but It seems like it isn't detecting my phone. The usb cord is connected, but it shows the image of the phone, it's not even the razr and the message initilizing... is shown and wont go away. It also says "phone image not available". Is that normal? I tried transfering anways and when i click on transfer to transfer the file a message pops up that says "unsupported format - no conversion possible."

    hey guys here's my question.

I have the V551, and I just purchased a data cable from Amazon. With Mobile Phone Tools downloaded, is that all i need to transfer ringtones over? Just plug in the cord to the phone and pc and start up mobile phone tools and im all set? Thanks.
