    Hi All,

I want to mod my GameCube, with a Xeno2 modchip.
That's all clear for me. (i.e. the soldering)

But what for media do I need to burn the backups on?
Are that the Mini-DVD's or Regular? +R or -R? Preferred brand?

And do I need some more to buy, for getting back-ups working?

    Sincerely Yours,

    Rik

Memorex mini dvd-r worked perfectly for me. if you want to back up your discs you need to google for a certain dvd rom drive(dvd drive not dvd writer) I don't remember exactly what brand or the model number, but I know you will find it if you google, and it's probably somewhere on these forums as well. If I remember correctly, they are pretty cheap, like $20 or so. You will also need to download 'rawdump' (free) I think in order to dump the disc to an iso that can be burned. Again, I'm not perfectly sure, I'm working off what I remember from a year or so ago, and there might be more updated programs than rawdump now, but back when I was doing what you are, that is the program I had used.
    Hope that helps mate,
    Bill
