    well i have no clue on how to pick out a good Mobo for a p4 3.2 ghz (HT)800 Prescott processor

    with 1 gig ddr400 ram

    what's the difference in Via, Intel, and Sis chipsets

    any recommendations on which mobo to buy?

    Stick with an Intel chipset :) Also, I'd suggest you reconsider the Prescott (in favor of a NorthwoodC) or at the least, to get aftermarket cooling :)
