motherboard/processer help

    ok so how much would it effect it and what about the Q6600 and when are the games than use 2+ cores coming out and how much can i get a Q6600 for in us

    The Q6600's your best bet if you havent got much to spend, it's cheaper than a Phenom, and will overclock better than the newer CPUs anyway, and is nearly as fast. I think they're a small amount over 200 US dollars.

    do u know if their price is gonna drop soon before like mid July

    I'm not sure, I wouldn't expect so, because it dropped recently.

    k i c but i know the ati's will what about nvida any drop with them coming soon

    There are new cards from both due out soon, so quite possibly.

    cause if the 8800 gts or 9800 gtx or 8800 gt, 9600 gt price drop id rather get one of those over a 3850...

    I agree. The Q6600 is the best deal for a cheap quad core. It can hit 3.2GHz easily.
