hi guys, i have a motorala v3 for over a year now and yesterday my motorala, the screen went blank. i mean the phone is on, just that the screen is black like if the screen is not turned on or something. i tried calling the phone and it works. everything is working fine except the screen. i think the screen might be fried. does anyone know how to fix this?? cheers to anyone who replies!
The razrs are known for thisproblem. I would recommend just returning the phone and getting a different phone is possible. My white screen lasted only for about 8 hours and then it began functioning. I did remove the battery and put it back in....i have finally exchanged it for another one since then.
