    I was able to download from the first link (rar) but when I go to the 2nd link (fedupnow.com) I get "not authorized to download" messages.

    Guys I can't find the software for the v3 on the internet can someone send it to me of atleast give me a link where i can get it because i've tried these so far. Would someone be able to help me? I just got the Razr v3 and i need to software to really use the phone the way we all would like to.

    Have you tried the Motorola website? There are links the that will help you find their mobile tools software. I just bought mine there last week.

    Mib4 - if you want to take the chance of screwing up your phone try Bitlord. I found 3 instances of the software, but when I tried to install something didn't seem right. Believe me I don't very often "pay", but I also am not going to take a chance on screwing an expensive piece of equipment to save $30.00.
