Motorola PST 7.1 phone book programmer

    I have a motorola v66 phone and use PST 7.1. I am running windows xp (Sp2). When I attempt to write a new phone book to my phone it stops at 11% without fail. Any suggestions and to what is causing this?

    try to disable ur anivirus and the adaware if u have them??

    reinstall PST?? and make sure u have the patch as well.......

    I uninstalled and reinstalled with the patch and no luck.
