    Hi

I have a brand new Motorola v188 cell phone and i recently got the Mobile Phone tools to transfer music and pictures to my phone. But it is not working! does anyone know what is wrong? Is it possible that i got the wrong version... if it needs a specific version does anyone know what it is?

    Thank you

Who is your service provider? If it is T-mobile, can you send me a copy of your flex and firmware?

I also have Motorola v188. When I first plugged my phone into the computer it said V180. Hmm? Well, now I got a point where I have to choose my model and I dont see v188. I DO see v180. Hmm? The firmware/version or software I have is v3.11. Do I have to get a newer one? v300 and all other types of modules are there but not v188.
I picked the v180 as my phone since they are practically the same, at least the closest thing to it. When I wanted to transfer a song it would not let me. The icon that shows the computer and phone was greyed out. How do I get my computer to recognize my v188!
