OK, I thought you said you could'nt play the file on your computer.

also, is it posible that the file is non-standard?
as in not 4400 khz or what ever.

have you tried another midi file?
try c:\windows\media for other midi files.

Maybe ur phone doesn't do them or ur provider has em locked out.
or maybe ur phone needs re-flashed.

I'm not saying that that is definately ur problem, but id it is you should be able to take it into any of ur providers stores and have them do it.
they will probably try to blow you off though, so be forwarned.

btw, have you tried calling the motorola help line on this?

    Talk to [bold]mosssy[/bold] about it.
this is more up his line of expertise.

P.S. he's in college so it may take him a while to respond. be patient.

just tell them ur going out of the country.
if it's a GSM phone MOST providers will do it.
they're probably afraid that if you have it unlocked you'll switch providers..

    [bold]every one with mp3 questions[/bold]
how big are the mp3's you want to transfer.
the largest i could do without errors was about 90k in size.
remember, it's a phone. not an Ipod.

Can anyone tell me how to get v220 to work with windows media addition sp2. I have read all the forums and can not get it to work. I have tried all the versions of MPT. When it tries to install usb modem it says windows cannot install. I have tried directing it to p2k files, also with no result. Pleade help!

sorry, but i don't own media center.
have you tried the support forums over at microsoft too?
it may require a special driver or something.

Kinda like going from 98se to ME. there's no Real difference between them, but they took different drivers.

Good luck, and please let us know if you find the answer so we can have it for the next person.
