I've searched and searched for programs to help me get my phone info to my computer. All i really want to do is upload photos and get ringtones. I have a USB but can't find anything to get my phone recognized or use to transfer the data. I've tried the pak and mt ones and nothing has helped, If someone can help I will greatly appreciate it!! PLEASEE!!!!
I have a motorola v690 and i used mobile phone tools for v690/v878 and at first it does not detect it but i just kept restarting my computer and switching the usb ports it was connected to and eventually it detected it
