motorolla v220 picture i.d problems

can some please help me with this I have a motorolla v220 phone and I cant get the picture to show up when someone calls call someone please post step by step instructions?

If the contact information is stored on the SIM card it will not work. You need to change the way your phone stores contact info. It needs to be stored in your phone's memory. The manual can be found here if you don't have yours.

thanks alot, now i see the picture in the phone book but it doesnt show up when someone calls im i doing something wrong! p.s Im saving this all to the phone as you mentioned
