Hi Looking for a little help here.i have a null modem cable female to female. i have firmware version 4 on my pc.whats next do i install it on the pc or ............? As You Can see im a bit of a newbie when it comes to this lark.Star view decoder is what im using btw

its ok now just this morning it was going off every five mins

 

you need gtromloader(there is a link under my post).then when you have gtrom loader press bin file pick v4 press download.make sure your null modem cable is connected to your computer and starview

Sorry, there is not a problem at this end, I was just interested to know what was going on over there after yesterdays perfomance - what version are you using and is it auto rolling or what, it is this side at present. Cheers and sorry for the mis-understanding.

marlynn, Download from where the site to your computer or computer to receiver, if it is the v4 you want I can send it to you no problem. If it is from your computer to receiver it may be corrupt, did you click bin file and then the file double click

 

try the 4.00 link at the end of my post

Dublin Autoroll is gone again! So I doubt it was just a coincidence I think the end is near for us Irish Users althought the boys over at SATDOWNLOADS are "working on it" I think we may be stuck on till the same problem happens in the UK. If anyone in dublin would like to do a quick "SET DEFAULT KEYS" just to confirm this.

no. trying to download to computor. it comes up on computor, but when i press open and try to execute it, it just reads error: no file found.haven't a clue what to do.

MARLYNN have you selected APP File Only sounds like thats whats wrong oh and are you sure you extracked the file from the ZIP Folder.
