yep it did... what is going on here. Its obvious that they are testing something otherwise it would just be off permanently. Maybe we will be ok after all or am I being over optimistic?

I wonder are we panicing about nothing and maybe they are just updating something that coincidentally messes with the starview. The glass is half full, the glass is half full!

i still have paramount workink but noting else, hopefully ntl just testing something, dont think i could live without starview after getting the taste

 

Howdy ferg long time no speak! The boys over at Satdownloads aye! Its like trying to get blood from a stone! The last responce I got about the autoroll feature was by Saruman who said:

"If it's going and coming back again, then it's not beyond the realms of possibilities that the provider is trying to correct some related issue. Not necessarily a block on our systems.

It started at mindnight on Friday. It came back again this morning and it's out again now.

Its also not beyond the realms of possiblity that N*L are a lil smarter than we think and they have technicians working on blocking our boxes. In fairness whats more believable there just working on something that affects the auto update of the box by coincidence (the feature that keeps us all going) or they have realised that this is the feauture that keeps us all going and there trying to do something about it!

When all this code changing began I was told by a member of Wizard that the codes are changing so frequen**y due to the addition of N*L HD. I rang N*L and said my P*CE box has been going of alot lately are we getting some new channels cause I heard we are getting HD. She said "oh yes but you will need a HD box to receive them and they wont be available for another while," yet which is cool. But then she said "oh and and we are having some other technical difficulties to at the moment to!"

I wonder are the SV boxes the technical difficlulties the N*L Rep was taking about!!!"

Its all getting a bit to much aint it!

hi does anybody know if i do a factory reset will i loose my favs list some of the speach on some channels is out of sync and thought i read that a factory reset will correct this
