hi ryan/malci... got my v4 on box last nite thanks to cat. cho**s codes in everything ready to go but when you store and exit nothing happens. the names of channels come up but thats all no pics and no sound. any ideas what else i can do. maybe someone in a chorus area can help me? i've had this box a week now and am getting rather frustrated at this stage!!!!!! all help appreciated...

 

Have you turned key emu on?

Menu -> Info -> enter the numbers 1 5 7 0 -> go down to last item menu "Key Emu" and change from OFF to ON.

Then exit back to TV - that should work!

 

Marlyynn, are you definately exititng back to menu - 1570 -and down to EMU key - turn to on.

 

Can someone either post a link or give me the correct name of a signal splitter for the starview. I've tried all sorts of combos in google with no luck

 

yeah everything set like it should be. this box works perfect in N*LL area!! the problem seems to be that it reverts back to N*LL after you exit chor** store.

 

Is it saying that its continually trying to update? I know you have v4 so it should auto update, but maybe try getting the latest codes from page1 and see if they match!

 

no. it just says 0 program found. have put all codes in. have even tried different freq that ferg gave me last week, without success. and he reckoned that if i put v4 on it would solve all problems.

Marlynn - Im sorry to say Im stumped!!

 

Okay - is there anyone at all out there that has come across marlynn's problem. - A starview box that continually reverts back to one provider - come on guy and gals someone must be able to help.

 

thanks anyway. if anyone else out there in Ch**usland sees this maybe you can pm me with some help, must be some solution to this problem!! i reckon its something fairly simple, i'm just missing whatever it is.

 

can anyone tell me what does constellation setting do?? what should it be set on?
