i have tried these but still no joy

 

when i check files all i do is compare the contents against previous files to see if the new files has just been renamed. this is all I can do really. all i can say is the v4 is different to previous versions so its not something that has been renamed by some 14 year old wannabe hacker!!

flashing any file is risky and the v4 has no exeptions, no bad reports so far but you never know. im currently testing the auto-updating 257, im prepared to take risks now because I now have a jtag. I'll let this 257 run for at least a month to see what happens then i'll start on the v4

 

make sure you have the EMU set to on and pressing ok to save after entering the codes

 

Mikey fixed 2.57 has been tested for over a month now on elsewhere. Seems to be workin fine. I have more info from the image editor I will post it shortly.

On another note Mikey you might be hearing of V5.00 this is actually the fixed 2.57 renamed.

 

hi guys woke up this morning to find skysports1 has gone.
all other channels remain but skysports1 has scrambled channel message.
tried a rescan and although it finds channel cannot view it.
any help or ways to scan for individual channels much appreciated.

by the way im in west london area on ex c+w if that helps at all.

that v5 broke some guys box yesterday or the day before

 

this has happened to a few people delete s*y Sports 1 and then do a manual scan you should be able to find it attached to the bottom of your channel list then

 

Gen box using clone FW I assume?
