yeah were not doing to bad considering its only 2 countries that are involved,and there would be an awful lot of unhappy people without this site so a big pat on the back to everyone for helping each other!

tried that,channels still down. am i doin somethin wrong?? emu is on

 

take your time and re-enter the keys again make sure its the n*l keys for ireland your using and remember to store each key after you have entered it ok

 

make sure the codes are definitly stored (first time i did it they wer'nt did'nt realise you had to keep ok button pressed for a couple of seconds to make sure there defitnitly stored) might help

 

mcd82 did u go back in and recheck ur codes key oo and key o1 with new codes

well thats whats on mine i'm here in dublin

 

press menu>
then 1570
press ok on nagravision
key number oo - scroll down to key data and change to new key for 00 - press ok to store
scroll back up to key number and press right arrow to change to 01 - scroll back down to key data and change to new key for 01, press ok to store, then exit back to tv screen and stations should be on

 

54 01 is the provider id, this is not the code, leave it set at this follow the instructions in my last post and you should be working

no luck,entered both them codes and saved them and still no channels

 

Check the EMU key is ON

 

your definitly changing the 16 digits for 00 and 01 and storing after each line of 16

 

For all who need help on the sv problems , start from scratch ( please make sure you have a Genuine box for this )
1. Plug starview in at the mains;and turn it on.

2. Plug in null modem cable and join up box with
PC using COM port on PC (there is only one socket for
this on the starview you cant go wrong);

3. Open up GTRom loader this will be the soft ware on the cd

4. Click on "BIN File" on GTRom and load the
Auto update BIN File file that you have


5. Now click download button and you sill se the
file being downloaded.

6. Once complete a mssage will apppears saying
something like "download successful".(you must wait till youir pc says this it about 20 seconds atfer it says 100%))


7, plug box in and press Menu on
remote, installation, choose your cable provider,
then move don to automatic scan and press ok.

8. Once all channels have been found press exit back to TV screen.

9. Now press menu, parental control, press ok.

10 Now press the info button then the numbers 2 0 0 4. Move down to Key Emu and change option
to on.
Press ok , then exit back to TV Screen.

11. Go to scrambled channel and wait for it to unscramble the channels

12 then watch tv.

 

hi guys,
i'm still trying to find out if i can manually input codes to receive the ITV 2,3,4 and ch5 chanels here in dublin. any one know or got any ideas

 

i am back if anyone is looking for me.most likely not

 

both entered and both stored.and emu is on. dunno why it wont work

 

well you've got me baffled (not that i know alot anyway)lol
