    are you selecting n*l as your provider when your scanning

    i no its a bit stupid but did you actually pick n*l.are you sure you didn't pick tele**** or something else

    Ntl, automatic scan, (1/45) every1 failed, it was working fine half an hour ago, stupid me reset factory settings trying to get ch4 back then this happens, i am so stupid i have f***ed it up now

    factory reset it again you should find about 53 transponders to search from

    did factory reset again, put EMU on checked codes, then selected NTL then auto scan, still saying failed beside them. there has to be a way?

    ok go into manual scan and tell me what the symbol rate is, it should be 6887, scroll down to network scan and enable then press ok

    down freq at zero symbol rate 6887

    ok as a test change the down frequency to 347500 and press ok to scan and lets see does it pick up anything

    try this turn box off at the back and than on.
    factory reset
    set defalt key
    put rite codes in
    then aotoscan(ntl)
    then emu on

    well mate it sounds as if you dont have a signal coming into the box, is your normal tv working if you plug the lead straight into your tv? are all your connections tight? have you the lead in the cable in socket?

    you would have got them by doing the manual scan on the frequency i gave you at least were getting somewhere
