but worth it in the end hopefully

 

i can remember on one site i use 2 go on. your member status wasnt just determined by how many posts you did but also how helpfull the posts were, other members could vote on each post being helpful or not, that give your status a little boost. it would be a good idea on here.

 

Would be a good idea, though by reading a few pages you can get a good idea who is helpfull anyway
most seem good here

 

Ya you can check your posts by pressing the edit my profile and read the stuff in there and that other thing you said about other people giving you brownie points we will never get here i asked about avatars for us it was a deffo straight out no

 

The last site i went to the help seemed to consist of oh you have a clone best bin it or send it to a certain shop and get a box for £69.99
at least the help is really helpfull here.

 

In response to a question listed on page 12 about voiceovers whilst watching SM movies.pjmuk advised to press audio button and it should resolve this.I had tried this last night but nothing happened.After looking at other forums I was advised that after pressing the audio button, to switch from the highlighted option to the other option and this should be resolved.Probably what pjmuk meant.Worked a treat so if anyone else is having this problem try it out.

I'm by no means an expert - was having major issues so I was nagging the bloke I bought bo box off (not a clone) - He sent me V4.00 today and I just installed it thanks to your guide. It works, so far so good.

I have saved it to my desktop. You all may have this already, so ignore if you do - just trying to pay you guys back for all your help.

well without u guys i would have had 10 family members out of pocket when the codes went and other stuff..without this forum it would have been blank screens...fair play to you all especially fergus, mikeygb and drew...how do u manage to stay on for so long

 

V4 is that v3 renamed or for real ?
happy with what i have anyway but it would be good to know

Sorry for anything I may have done to that is not allowed.

I am just an old fart trying to get this starview box working so we can watch the football tonight.

I have followed 100% the advice given and put all codes in and stored them after each one. As well as turned emu on.

Right now I have been looking at a screen which says 'data is being updated' Been watching this for over 30 mins and nothing changing.

Any further help would help me or any ideas thanks
