if you are not getting all the channels when you scan the fault lies in your signal if you use a splitter that reduces the signal the best way is to connect the s v to the cable connection that comes into ypur house and you will find that you get all the channels if you are still having a problem then take your s v to your nabours and scan in there yhouse you will find that you have no problems

 

get a jtag and reflash it

Does anybody know how to fix a problem with the audio.
The audio on some channels is not in sync with the pictures

 

when codes changed on 19th i could not get all stations just a few sky movies and rte2 i tryed all the help from site all week i was about to give up yesterday i checked the site one more time and the codes had changed yesterday when i put them every thing came back happy again thanks to you lads

 

Sound Problems

To get back sound on e4 sky1 ect just select the channel in question press menu,
select installation, select manual scan, click ok on down frequency.
It'll now scan for channels when its finished exit back to normal
tv viewing screen go to the end of your channel listing and the desired channel will be there with sound.
This can be done on any channel with no sound by just selecting that channel following the instructions above.

A. Delete the channel with no sound and then do a manual scan any channels you deleted will appear as the very last channels on the box.

or

B. Do a factory Reset and do an automatic scan for all the channels this is a garuanteed solution but if you have favourites selected its hassle what area are you in?

The SV is a good box and has great support as you can see by this forum. It will work in all ch***s areas. So give it a try! If you looking to buy one there is only two companys on ebay selling Proper boxes they are
