You need this program downloaded to your pc to update the firmware to the SV box

 

perhaps I am thick but what is meant by a gtrom loader?

 

gtrom loader is a application for your pc you use it to load firmware to your starview.

i don't know what it means or why its called gtrom loader but thats what it is called

flashed my box with version 4 done my neighbours box and says version4 is on it but cannot get any some chanels are in and some are not anyone got any ideas

Magoo .. go to ID Provider and move your < arrow till you get to 54 01 for N*L and then enter your key data 00 and 01
