i knew about the temp but did creaky not ban him for ignoring him.

Has anyone had any problems with a cloned box not recieving the infa red signal from the remote . It`s not the remote as it will work another and it`s not the reciever as i have changed it for another i know is working . This box has been jtag`d as well .Look forward to hearing your suggestions .

 

have you got a toshiba tv.or another remote on the sofa that has something leaning on it like a magazine.

 

No nothing at all it is set up in the bedroom and i have tried it in the living room .
It really is doing my head in I re-did the jtag re-installed the sowtware swapped out the ir reciever and use a different remote ????

 

Not sure ryan, I'll have a quick look back, but I'm fairly sure creaky said it's a temp one, because he does so much work in this forum.

 

Had to go all the way back to page 121. drew is only suspended until 29th.

that 2.57eE fixed file worked by the way.

Seemed the gtrom 4.0 file was faulty. Downloaded another one and flashed 2.57 and hey presto....


So thanx for it in the first place.

If your cable provider changes, did your codes change as well? Since there are different codes for different cable providers. More importantly.....is your box working on v400????

Is your box still working??? If the c+w provider gives you better channels, choices etc, then stick with it...if not, then go back to v300 and N*L.

That's what I would do.

Never heard of thaty happening before.....but then....on this forum, anything is possible.

paz5091 i flashed box from laptop yesterday e400 and he told me did not work last night ,he rang me tonite and i talked him thru as i was surprised provider changed to c+w put in correct data and now is ok.
