is this a new box you have, did you pick up the other stations when you did an auto scan

 

its strange, yeah it's a new box cos i thought it was the last box that was faulty, it won't pick up 347500 and 339500, have all other stations apart from the ones that have that frequency.

 

do you by any chance have the cable coming in split sometimes it wont pick up certain frequencies if the cable is split, if it is try plugging the incoming cable straight into the box without a split

 

the box isn't connected to the main telly, i have it in my room, and we have our cable set up to go to all the other tellies in our house from the man cable could that be the problem, but it was fine before.

 

yeah that could be the problem, take the box to the incoming cable and scan it there it should pick up all the stations, then bring it back to your room you will still have all the stations, its just when its scanning for stations if the cable is split it misses some of them try this and see how you get on ok

need help. with the 300ee everything works fine but after a while da screen goes blank and says scrambled channel, then it goes back to normal. im sure their are others who have had or have this problem, so could someone please give me some advise! is there another programe i could upload onto the box?

 

Hi all, Im hoping some kind soul can help me out with a problem Im having with my starview reciever. Its a genuine box with the latest firmware butI keep getting a bad or scrambled channel message every 15 to 20 mins on all channels. It dissapears and the channel comes back after about 10 secs, irritating to say the least. Any ideas?

sounds like u have v3.00 on it, if so update to v4.00

before you do anything press menu and then system information. It will tell you waht version you have. It sounmds like version 3 but have a look it might not be

 

i was updating e300 to e400 and found auto update up to 680% so i had to manually input codes as it would not autoroll is this usual??

 

hello:
i had a atmega163 au card working fine,but now i only get a hand full of channels while the rest and all premium channels are scrambled.
i see ape and chaos are out for atmega and funcard,but these are of no use to me as there only for ntl,tw and cw.
i was using chorus toxic 7 atmega files,but i cannot find any new files and wondered if you can please help me out on this,your help would be greatly appreciated cheers bassy.
